All pads are custom made to order in the USA! Production time varies based on order specifiations & production schedule. If you are interested in custom sheet counts, paper weights, backer options, shrink wrapping or other customizable options please email customerservice@usapad.com with your preferred specifications to receive a custom quote!
All custom orders include a free digital proof for customer approval prior to production. We recommend sending in your artwork in eps, pdf or jpg formats, and vector images are preferred if possible to achieve the highest quality print! To place an order, please email customerservice@usapad.com with your order details including item number, quantity and shipping address to receive a formal quote. Your customer service rep will be able to answer any questions, and provide you with all order details including current production time, transit time to your location and payment options. Please note, all custom orders are subject to a 10% over/under run policy.
